BB3.10-Modeling

Belén Hernández Gascón

  • Description

Service to create digital twins for the analysis of materials and components functionality, with high focus in complex multiscale systems, on the basis of physically based simulation models, DOE in simulation and reduced order modelling (ROM). Manufacturing processes would be also included, focusing on material transformations (i.e. resin infusion).
The outcome of the service is the set of ROMs created for the part object of study (material, component or process). This is made available to the user as an application. Several deployment possibilities for the application exist, such as local installation or allocation on a cloud service provider

  • Standardisation

While no specific certification is followed, the service employs procedures that align with internationally recognized standards.

  • Innovation features

The service integrates cutting-edge simulations. Process monitoring adds a real-time optimization layer, enabling more accurate predictions and faster development of high-performance composite panels. This combination sets the service apart as a technologically advanced and innovative solution.

Pricing

Expected cost: Cost is estimated on a pm (135-155h/pm) basis, considering an average of the concurrent costs from manpower, specific commercial software licensing (if it is the case) and computing hardware use.
Average cost rage: 4000-6000€/pm + Indirect Costs
Pricing: Proposal of pricing based on a "(Cost estimation) *BCR=Price" criterion. BCR parameter may be variable case by case and established based on a complexity/manpower expertise/singular hardware and software use basis. BCR= [1,1-1,75]

Service delivery timeframe

10-30 working days (80h-240h). Depending on the complexity timeframe can be expanded.
